This programme is modelled to provide in-depth theoretical knowledge of coffee as well as professional coffee business training for the career barista.

FOUNDATIONS COFFEE COURSE

This is an introduction to the basic principles of coffee brewing. With no prior work experience necessary, this course is suitable for aspiring baristas & coffee enthusiasts alike.
