We have everything you need to become a highly trained professional, from the latest in espresso and brewing technology to passionate trainers who love sharing their knowledge of coffee.
COURSES OFFERED
Our trainers, certified experts by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) conduct the sessions in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that helps keep students engaged. We follow a comprehensive curriculum covering the full cycle of coffee processing from cherry to cup.
ADVANCED COURSE
This four week course takes a holistic & in-depth approach to coffee brewing. A skilled Barista is essential for a successful coffee shop and this course equips the Barista with the requisite skills for success in a coffee shop environment. It provides basic instructions and extends into the advanced skills necessary to become a career barista.
INTERMEDIATE COURSE
This programme is modelled to provide an in-depth theoretical knowledge on coffee as well as professional coffee business training for the career barista.
FOUNDATIONS COURSE
This is an introduction to the basic principles of coffee brewing. With no prior work experience necessary, this course is suitable for aspiring baristas & coffee enthusiasts alike.
